Transforming Young Minds at ArshaGokulam – Motivational Session with Mithila Ma’am

Our students had the wonderful opportunity to attend an inspiring and interactive one-hour session led by Mithila Ma’am — a respected motivational speaker, yoga instructor, and student counselor. With her calm presence and energetic approach, Mithila Ma’am connected beautifully with our children, guiding them on practical ways to strengthen their mindset, emotions, and daily habits. The session was filled with simple, relatable examples and actionable steps that left a lasting impact.

She spoke on five powerful topics:

Controlling Anger – She reminded us how anger often leads to regret and shared tips like pausing, taking a deep breath, and staying aware of our emotions.

Importance of Focus – With the example of a magnifying glass focusing sunlight, she showed how concentrated energy leads to results. Students were encouraged to reduce distractions and stay consistent.

Willpower & Determination – Through inspiring stories, she emphasized the strength of perseverance and a positive mindset to overcome any challenge.

Meditation – Students learned how even 5–10 minutes of meditation each day can calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve creativity.

Reprogramming the Mind – Just like training the body, Ma’am explained how positive habits and thoughts shape our behavior over time.

She ended the session with one simple yet powerful message:

“Before doing anything, ask yourself — will this help me grow? If yes, go ahead. If not, walk away.” A heartfelt thank you to Mithila Ma’am for her time, wisdom, and for planting seeds of strength and clarity in our students’ hearts.
